Richard Salazar
With more than 20 years in the mortgage and real estate industry, Richard Salazar has helped thousands of families navigate the home financing process — from first-time buyers to families rebuilding after financial hardship.
Over the course of his career, Richard saw the same story play out again and again: hardworking families turned away by traditional lenders — not because they couldn't afford a home, but because they didn't fit a narrow set of guidelines designed for someone else.
That experience led him to found American Homeownership Network — a private organization built to provide education, transparency, and real seller-financed homeownership opportunities for families the system overlooked.
